Information for Exhibitors
The organizers of the 17th Congress of the International Association of Buddhist Studies (IABS) invite exhibitors, to present their range of products to the participants of the Congress and to enjoy the opportunity to get in contact with them.
We offer the opportunity to rent just the space with carpet and bring the own stand or to rent an entire stand.
Exhibition stands 17 IABS– General Information
Exhibition stands are located in the ground floor of the University of Vienna – Juridicum - close to the Lecture Halls.
Exhibitors may either bring their own stand or rent a stand (standard: white walls, grey carpet, banner with exhibitor’s name, 1 light, 1 info desk and 2 bar stools).
WLAN and electricity is available free of charge. Additional equipment can be hired at the exhibitor’s expense and needs to be specified in advance.
Examples of a standard stand:
Exhibition stands (including all technical infrastructure and W-LAN)
Space only (with carpet): € 73,- per m²
Space with standard booth € 120,- per m²
(white walls, grey carpet, banner with exhibitor’s name, light, info desk, bar table with 2 bar stools))
Exhibitors can mount their stands
on Sunday 17. August 2014, from 12:00 – 18:00 or Monday 18.August 2014 from 08:00 – 18:00 and must remove them at the latest on Saturday 23. August 2014, 18:00.

Exhibition stands must be booked before 15. June 2014 and are allocated on a first come, first-serve basis.
